HOCKEY OPPORTUNITY TRAINING MAKES A DIFFERENCE
Our goal at the Hockey Opportunity Training Center is to develop the skills of skaters at all levels of play, from Mites to the professional level. We offer positive, innovative instruction that maximizes player learning and participation, with a program that is encouraging and challenging — and that also keeps the focus on fun.
Our players train in a reduced area at a high tempo with many repetitions in order to develop specific skills. Skaters enhance their creativity and improve their puck control while learning to better anticipate and adapt in a fast-paced, game-like situation.
Instruction includes on-ice training at our two rinks and off-ice conditioning at our 4,000-square-foot gym. We provide the highest caliber of instruction, promoting fair play and teamwork and challenging players to strive for overall improvement. Our training is tailored to ability and age levels and emphasizes overall fitness as well as development of specific technical skills, from fundamentals to individual tactics to team play. It’s a great way to meet other players and maintain athletic ability while developing good sportsmanship and a positive spirit of competition.
Our instructors are highly experienced and are 100 percent devoted to making a difference in our skaters’ skill development..
